How much is shipping?

Please ensure your full name is used for the order as you may be required to provide proof of identity should you need to pick up your order from the post office.

Domestic orders (AUS)

The standard shipping rate for orders within Australia costs $9. We offer free shipping for orders over $100 within Australia.

International orders

Unfortunately, international orders may incur custom/duty charges which are outside of our control and will therefore not be covered by us. Please note that you agree to accept these additional charges when making an order from our website. We ship to New Zealand, USA, China and Canada. Shipping rates are based on the weight of items which will be calculated at checkout.

Is your packaging discreet?

Yes, we got you! At Madam Maryjane, we use plain, regular packaging for our parcels and there is no information on the package or label to indicate it contains smoking related items. If required, you can safely have our parcels delivered to a work address. Delivery from is displayed as 'Curated by MM'.

How do I track my order?

After you have made an order, you will automatically receive an email confirmation. This email will contain details including your order number, tracking number, a link to view your order details, and the shipping address. If you haven’t received this email within 24 hours of placing your order, please reach out to our team at hello@madammaryjane.com or send us a message on IG @madammaryjane.shop.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders are processed and sent out within 48 hours of placing your order. Please check the tracking number in your confirmation email.

Domestic orders take approximately 3-7 business days depending on your location. Orders from WA or rural areas may take on the longer side of the specified timeframes.

What if I'm not home to receive my order?

For security reasons and to avoid lost parcels, our orders are tracked and will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home at the time, depending on the courier company, your item will be dropped off at your local post office or they will re-attempt delivery at another time.

Can I amend my order after it's been placed?

If you need to change your order, please contact us ASAP and drop us a message via IG or email hello@madammaryjane.com and we will do our best to amend the order.

If your request is received after your order has been sent off for delivery then you will need to wait to receive it before putting through an exchange request. You will be liable for the cost of returning the item/s.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Returns will only be accepted if you have received an incorrect or damaged/faulty item. Products will not be accepted for return due to:

  • Damage caused as a result of any misuse or negligence.
  • A change of mind by the customer.
  • Any damage or imperfections stated in the item description when purchased.

If you'd like to exchange your item for another item, please contact us via email and we'll confirm the return address. You will be liable for associated postage costs.

What happens if my order is faulty/damaged?

Before your order is sent, we always do a final quality check however if your item arrives damaged/is faulty, please contact us no later than 48 hours after receipt of the parcel. We will replace or refund the item amount if it passes our assessment and it will be at our discretion to issue you the cost of returning the item. Please ensure you include details of the issue, along with any evidential photos and/or videos to support your claim and order number so we can expedite the process.

If our assessment deems the item has been used, this guarantee is voided. However, if the returned item passes our assessment, we will provide instructions on how to return.
